Vacancy for Resettlement Worker

Manchester City Council has been awarded the Rough Sleeping Initiative Grant, a rapid prevention and relief project designed to help make a reduction to the numbers of people sleeping rough before and throughout the winter. Barnabus is a partner in the bid and we are recruiting to the following post:
Resettlement Worker
Reporting to Head of Support
Fixed Term Contract until March 2019, with the possibility of extension until March 2020 depending on funding
£22,000 pa plus workplace pension

A chance to join our small but highly effective Support Team, helping people to stay housed and not return to the cycle of homelessness. Based at our city centre Support office, you'll be working around Greater Manchester with our clients, supporting tenancies and helping people to integrate into their local community.
